Stone Adhesive/Epoxy resin AB hardener for Luxury Stone Slab Surfuce Crack Filling and Repair.
Applicable:
Mainly used for repairing and decorating high-end stone materials with micro cracks, sand holes, chicken feet, ant roads, and uneven surfaces. This product is suitable for the production process of both drying main oven lines and pallet trucks. It can replace the models:
RESIN 5008 with catalyst bb25, bx30 and bx40
RESIN 1006 with catalyst bb25, b

Product Detail

Mix ratio：A:B=3:1                       Color:Colorless and transparent liquid.                               

Viscosity（25℃，mPa•s）:

A：600-800

B：50-100                              

Gel time（25℃，min）: 30-50                                       

Hardening time（25℃，h）: 4-5                  

Tensile shear strength（MPa）:≥8 



Mainly used for all kinds of slabs (marble, limestone, granite, sandstone) surface micro-cracks, sand holes, chicken feet, ants road, uneven repair.

[Steps for usage]

1.Slabs should be heated or ventilated to remove moisture;

2. Use a brush to remove dust, scum and other impurities from the surface of the stone;

3. Mix glue in A:B=3:1 (by weight ), and mix completely;

4. Scrape back and forth and apply the glue evenly on the surface of the stone;

5. initial curing in 3-4 hours under 25 °C , and proceed to next procedure after 24 hours 

6. Please clean the tools before the glue is uncured.
